About me
My goal is to help your business think better and run faster. I’ve started Apero Advisors after five years in GTM at venture-backed businesses and two years before that in Big 4 consulting.
I’ve grown revenue as Head of Growth, Strategy and Operations lead, and founding sales executive. I also have training as an economist. I’ve participated in multiple rounds of fundraising and helped businesses change as they scale. In the process, I learned so much about “what not to do” as well as “what to do” — sales systems, approaches, experiment methods, and cultures.
If we work together on GTM, expect me to pick up the phone and make phone calls to prospects, listen to recordings, interview your reps, and comb through your CRM — in a word, build a model of excellence while hunting for defects. I do not believe in sitting in the ivory tower and spouting aphorisms. Instead, I partner with you to walk into the trenches. I will tell you hard truths.
