GTM engineering for complex markets

We embed with your team and build the commercial layer we actually operate: Clay for TAM and enrichment, Cursor and Claude Code for named GTM apps (Network Miner, reply agent, CRM Health, inbound RevOps, Slack CRM), Grok Bot for scheduled jobs across Monday, Fireflies, Slack, Lemlist, and EmailBison. You get the repo, docs, and training so operators can run it.

GTM engineering connects accounts, channels, messaging, and CRM. The working stack is Clay plus a CRM plus senders (EmailBison, Lemlist, Nooks), Cursor or Claude Code for the systems that glue them, and Grok Bot for daily operator workflows once the rules live in those systems.

What does a GTM engineering engagement include?

Scope starts with a defined commercial problem. Typical work includes TAM construction and account scoring, signal routing, CRM data models and automation, outbound infrastructure (email, calling, LinkedIn), reply handling, reporting, documentation, and operator training. Embedded engagements add multi-motion capacity across teams or portfolio companies.

Does Apero only build outbound systems?

No. Outbound is one slice. We also build account intelligence, incumbent detection, CRM rebuilds tied to legacy systems, routing, board reporting, lifecycle workflows, and the automations that keep call notes, tasks, and follow-ups from dying in Slack.

How does a GTM engineering engagement start?

We start with context: economics, buyer map, systems, data, ownership, and the one motion worth fixing first. The first build is bounded so you can judge it on real activity, not a strategy deck.

Get the operating truth

Economics, sales cycle, buyer map, team structure, data quality, and what is already in HubSpot (or Salesforce, or the spreadsheet named final_final_v3). A campaign or tool pick without that context is usually a guess.

Build the first defensible motion

Pick one bounded problem: origination, outbound, CRM hygiene, conference routing, signals into Slack, whatever is burning time every week. Define the accounts and signals that matter, then build the research, channel, messaging, CRM fields, and handoff rules around it.

Instrument the work

Connect activity to records leadership can inspect: who was contacted, what replied, what became a meeting, what moved in pipeline, and whether the SDR program is cash negative (we have opinions on that).

Hand off and keep it current

Ship docs, train the operators, and maintain the system as hires join, markets shift, or you add another motion. Agents and Clay tables only help if someone owns the workflow six months later.

How is GTM engineering priced?

Published ranges on the pricing page apply. Growth Build starts at a $15k minimum implementation with a $5k monthly ongoing minimum. Embedded GTM Engineering starts at $50k implementation with a $20k monthly retainer. Final scope follows a working session.

What does the team keep after a GTM engineering engagement?

The point is transfer: your team should be able to run the motion, inspect the data, and extend the system. We stay embedded when you want ongoing engineering capacity, not when you need another agency retainer with no repo.

What evidence supports this work?

Published case studies cover private credit origination, a Y Combinator SaaS TAM and outbound program (Trackstar), and environmental services CRM and calling infrastructure. Each study lists the systems built and the metrics the client agreed to share.
